I stopped in to request a quote for home and auto. It's been more than a month and a half ago, and I still haven't received the quote. The guy said he could have it pretty shortly. If you're not interested in sometimes potential business, don't take their information, and tell them you're not interested. Rest assured, I will not be recommending you for any business.
Purchased another suv in September and called and asked them to add it with same coverage as my other cars. Now 4 months later and a deer collision and find out they only put liability insurance on it NO COMP. Called and they claimed I came in the office and had only liability added to it. Told them I didn’t come in and they proceeded to argue with me. I also told them I was in the office in late December and asked them if it had comprehensive coverage and was told yes.
