Personal service I didn't expect – I recently moved to Indianapolis and needed renter's insurance. I called Andy @ Conley agency for a quote--he got me auto insurance too and met me at my office during lunch break to do the applications. I know I'm not a very big $ client but I just wanted to comment on the great personal service I received. I know who I'll call when I'm ready to buy a house.
Use for both my car insurance and business insurance – Andy was fantastic in every step of the process from explaining each part of my home owners insurance coverage to picking the company that works best for me. Not as good as it seems – I moved out of the house temporarily and am moving back in. Andy had questions about the change of address forms and I told him what was going on. He was more than willing to work with me until I let him know that the crime rate in the neighborhood was taking a turn for the worse. 2 attempted break ins, neighbors car was set on fire, my car was broken into, and a body was found 2 streets down all within 3 weeks.
