The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Can't comment on mechanic services since I didn't get past the gate keeper but 3 mo's after buying a used 2016 Encore the turbo boost engine went out. Service mgr basically told me tough luck since I didn't have an extended warranty and hung up on me because I, was upset. Salesman knew nothing about this car except to tell me it didn't qualify for an extended warranty because of age and milege. Outstanding. Flawless workmanship by the techs on a 2k+ damaged 19’ Outback. The entire process was professionally guided through by Robin.
