Needed my truck cleaned I was looking for a detailing job on my truck and stumbled across Conley. I did like that they were fast but did not do a great job on the interior. Very upscale looking bussiness nice comfy sofas and many magazines to read while you wait. The customer service was fair as they were very busy on the day I went. They do offer some resonalbe prices and limited coupons through a sonic drive in. They are located on Thorpe lane right across randolph brooks and near the college.
Poor customer service and marginal cleaning I was very disappointed with the customer service at Conley. I paid extra to get my car carpets cleaned and scented, one of the employees was very rude when I pointed out that I paid extra for the work that they didn't do. The outside car cleaning was decent but don't spend the extra money to get the inside cleaned - they did a poor job. The location and building was impressive and looked upscale so you can imagine my surprise at the poor quality of washing and detail.

The staff is friendly, and there is a wide selection of services offered. 5 washing packages are available based on how dirty your car is! Additional services can be added for a range of prices. While the car washes are offered for great prices, some of the detailing can really take a chunk out of the wallet.
