I am very disappointed with my recent service visits at this GMC location. On both occasions, I was told my vehicle was in proper working condition, yet the issues I brought it in for were not resolved. During my first visit, I paid nearly $1000 for a service to address an issue. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, even though I was reassured multiple times that everything was fine. Absolutely fantastic service. Had tried other dealers. Would’ve taken multiple trips, month wait, leaving overnight, uber rides, etc. Conley Buick let me drive in, found simple problem in 5 minutes. Simple solution to simple problem. Can’t ask for more.
