Don't go here for an oil change unless you have a couple hours to waste. Had a 2pm appointment, arrived at 1:55, they were done with my car at 4pm. 2 hours for a simple oil change is unbelievable.
Had my 5000 mile service done today, the experience was quite pleasant. I was in and out in an hour and all went well.
