We had a line break and were without water. Sean and team work closely with us and went above amd beyond trying to work with our warranty company (no fault on Conklin). We had communication with Conklin even over a weekend. The team that came to the house was very respectful, including only using the back door so they didn't track in the main part of the house. We had a water line break on January 18th and they were able to get it fixed within a day, because of dig safe. They were very professional, reliable, fast and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what was going on step by step. Not to mention helping a retired vet when in the time of need. Definitely got my business moving forward.

I was fully ready to pay a second time to have my clogged kitchen sink drain fixed since it was definitely partially my fault, but since it was only a few weeks after the first time they fixed that, he waived the first bill and said it could have been the fault of both parties and I only had to pay for the one time. It was a very much needed and appreciated blessing.
