I have family moving to NJ and we’re looking for insurance around the area. We called to get a quote and the agent, Laura, is very disorganized and frantic, which made me feel so uneasy as a possible insured. I would not trust her being my agent tbh - unfortunately she did not leave a good impression after trying to get a quote.
