Not super thrilled with my experience here. Recently purchased 2020 Escape (not from Conklin) it has a flapping noise near 60 (first video). Made an appointment on 5/25 to have it picked up from work and looked at, I work in Newton but live out of town and can’t leave work during that time. $170 to diagnose, told they found a loose dust cover and it was fixed.
