Not super thrilled with my experience here. Recently purchased 2020 Escape (not from Conklin) it has a flapping noise near 60 (first video). Made an appointment on 5/25 to have it picked up from work and looked at, I work in Newton but live out of town and can’t leave work during that time. $170 to diagnose, told they found a loose dust cover and it was fixed. Josh at the service desk was very quick and helpful to find the problem with my Jeep Wrangler and his Technician Devon was thorough with his inspection he made the necessary repairs and had me back on the road to home in a very timely manner would very highly recommend this shop
