Very friendly and professional service dept.
Yesterday I took my truck in for a regular appointment. When I made the appointment I stressed that I did not want them to have the truck all day and then rush at the end of the day to find the issue and then not have time to fix it or get parts. They again waited too late to get it in even though I dropped it off at 7:30am. The service writer said that they found a broken wire and that it would be $500 total to fix it.
