It’s always a pleasant experience when I get my car serviced here. It is a welcoming environment, and I feel the employees always care what my concerns may be during that visit. The waiting area is clean, and supplied with plenty of snacks, drinks, etc. that makes the wait time more pleasant. I will always recommend Conklin to others.
Was almost at my warranty and called to see if they could check a couple of things before a last minute trip. They worked me in and found the problem.
The service was done quickly. I asked if the tires were rotated. I was told no as the wear was ok. I rotate so they don’t get worn and I paid for this upfront on the service plan. I will now have to ask for what I paid for to get it done. This is my 2nd poor service experience in the last two times there. Your service dept needs to look at the service plan and give me what I paid for!! One star is all I can give today.
