I am extremely impressed with the quick turnaround time of the service. Everyone there was excellent!
I scheduled an appointment to have my Ford Explorer serviced and to have the recall taken care of that I received a letter about. I was told that I would need to make my appointment early in the morning so they had time to get it done. So they made my appointment for 9am which I was there by 8:45am. Marilyn is an amazing!! She sold a pickup to both my son and I. Andrew and Alex also helped us get the lowest interest rate anywhere we we’ve seen when we financed our vehicles. When I bought my pickup and drove it home the check engine light come on. I immediately called them and they had me bring it back. The service department spent an entire week diagnosing the problem and keeping me informed about the situation.
