My mother had purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot EX-L about 23 days ago from a small dealership near here. She obtained a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty upon purchase. Thank Goodness! I had Shane do a bunch of work back in the day for me. He was great at first very reasonably priced and great at fast smaller breaks on our vehicles. After some time he eventually told me he would no longer take me as a customer. I understand things happen but I would not recommend his business after he turned me away and continued to work on other customers projects.
Shane, Ryan and Javier have incredible work ethics. These young men are very detail oriented. Any issue I have had was quickly made right. I would not trust anyone else to work on my vehicle.
Me and my family been coming to this mechanic for a while now and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. He’s always honest, fair, and takes the time to explain what’s going on without trying to upsell or pressure me. His prices are more than reasonable, especially compared to other shops, and the work is always done right. This last visit really sealed it for me — he completely hooked me up with a free oil change, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. That kind of kindness and customer care is rare these days.
