I hired CCH 4 years ago after finishing my build with a different contractor. They extended my patio and did a few small projects around my house to customize it, and I was thrilled with their attention to detail and quality of work. This company turned a nightmare into a dream. I had another contractor start a project and never finish. Conklin custom homes was recommended to me and they came in and not only finished it, but also addressed some issues that the other company caused. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thankful, I am so pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend.
Never had a issue as a contractor until dealing with this guy and company he uses his contractors no communication poor time line on paying complains about work not even completed as an excuse not to pay has me dealing with labor board lawyers construction liens and threats from work completed not paid for after speaking with his clients surprised hes in busineas been contracting in sc for 15 plus years never had a issue with payment or communication until doing business wirh him contractors he has not paid are sueing him an... read more
I had posted a genuine review on this company sometime ago, but was forced to remove my reviews in order for them to continue with the job that has been paid for, should’ve taken four months, and is now still not finished after over 2.5 years. Moldy repurposed materials used, my yard is destroyed, and already having issues with the work that has been done. Multiple other victims of Gary have reached out to me. Attaching photos to back my claims.
