Let’s see made a appointment to look at a vehicle DROVE five hours the next day just for the salesman to tell me someone else was already looking to buy the vehicle even though I made the appointment first to look at it first, wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this dealership they genuinely don’t known how to run a business my salesman didn’t even know what to do about anything .If I could would give them Zero stars
Came to the parts department to get keys made. I live an hour away. Was told I needed to come back with registration and proof of ownership. Came back the next day only to be told “the only way I can make these keys is if you buy 50 of them.” I asked “why wasn’t I told this yesterday? I wouldn’t have driven all this way for nothing!” No apologies, just a deer looking at headlights look. This is terrible business practice with no consideration whatsoever for customer service.
Do not buy from Conklin cars nothing but trouble from the very beginning! They sell lemons!!

I just realized I got scammed by Conklin Cars. When I bought my Toyota Camry in October of last year I was told by the finance Manager that I was required to buy gap  insurance because Toyota financial required it because my credit score was too low and that’s the only way they would finance me . I have been doing a lot of research and watching how dealership scam people. I decided to call Toyota financial and ask them if it was required that I have gap insurance.
