I have been buying cars from Conklin since 2002. I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Whenever an issue occurs, they will fix the problem. I recently bought a 2025 Toyota Camry. Before I visited, Conklin, I had went to another dealership in town. They had lowball me so bad on my trade that I walked out. Unfair pricing for simple repair. Would not recommend this dealership.
My son had his thermostat go out on his way back home. They were nice enough to get him in, but once we got the bill we were not pleased. The vehicle was in the shop for 1 hour to put on a $100 part. Andrew Harris charged him $730 labor for 1 hour of work. Would not recommend this place to get your car serviced. I cant imagine what buying a car there would be like.
Appreciate the prompt service on short notice but don’t appreciate the fact my car was only in for an hour and got charged 731 dollars for labor to replace a 100 dollar part. Would not recommend this dealership.
