I have waited a few weeks to write a review so that my review isn't driven by emotion. We were very happy to find a funeral home in close proximity and could work with our need to have the funeral on the weekend to accommodate family coming from other states. The secretary seemed very caring and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. We met with the director, Les and gave him the info he needed and was told to be at the funeral home at 9:30 the morning of the funeral. We arrived at 9:30 but Les was not there.
