Nice and quiet however, July brings lots of "sea odor" to the area ( not sure about other times of the year). The pool was not "cool", it was 90 ish feeling which did not compliment a HOT day. Very quiet and high restrictions for a vacation spot. Nicely kept and my room (unit 9) was very spacious. No music allowed unless verrrry low or ear buds. The Contenential has been a great place to stay. The room was very clean and has all we needed. Enough space for 2 people. Loved being so close to the water and having a private beach to hang out.
