Charged $450 an hour for diagnostics that took 1 hour and wanted another $900 to replace a part. He called a week later asking where their money was, and THEN asked if I needed help replacing the part. I found someone that doesn't take advantage of people and got the part replaced for less than half of what I was quoted. I would not recommend unless you understand exactly what needs to be done and what a normal price would be. Conifer Plumbing and Heating installed a hot water heater for me about 6 months ago. The pilot light went out and i had no hot water and could not get the pilot light to stay on. I called Conifer P&H and was informed they do not make emergency calls. They could be out here in about 4 weeks to service the hot water heater they installed about 6 months ago and was still under warranty. I found another company who was up here the next day to repair my hot water heater. I will not use Conifer P&H again as it is readily apparent ... read more

They don’t answer when you call to talk to someone about your issue. They expect you to leave a message explaining what’s wrong, then they text (not call) you back to schedule an appointment. I’d prefer to talk to someone.
