He was genuinely friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to assist me. His warm and professional approach truly put me at ease. A bureaucratic nightmare! Getting an appointment at this place - hell, even speaking to someone from inside the building - is one of the most difficult, Kafkaeque procedures you will ever endure. A complete and utter shambles. The reception staff - not the ones who work at Conifer House - but the ghastly beasts who answer the phones for City Health Care Partnership CIC - are rude, belligerent and thick. Went in for a testing.Great place ,they have a walk in clinic every Wednesday. All the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease , constantly informed me politely what's happening
