My mother spent her last few weeks in memory care at the Conifer House. Laura, my contact administrator was efficient and understanding - making moms transition much easier. The aids were exceptional, kind and got to know her needs very quickly. We will always be grateful for the wonderful care given to our mom in her final days.
I had put my mother at the conifer house in Corvallis Oregon April 26 2022 she was. Put in memory care at level 2 then she was moved to assisted living for a few months then the person that evaluated her again said she was to be moved to level 3 from level 2 and the price went up around $1100.00 a month then I ask the executive director to evaluate her and she said that she was still level 2 but no reimbursement for the level 3 charge for that month when I would visit my mother her room smelled of urine when I mentioned it t... read more
The moment I walked in I knew this was where I wanted my mom, that has dementia and my sister, that was born with cerebral palsy to live. From the artwork to the cozy sitting areas it feels very homey. The staff is amazing! They are easy to talk to about each of their needed as well as offering suggestions that are helpful to me. They have made the translation smooth for both of them. They are both happy and my sister is thriving! I would absolutely recommend the Conifer house for your loved ones.
Conifer House is a very warm and welcoming community. The environment feels clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff I spoke with were kind and professional.
Do Not put your loved one here!! My mother was a resident at Conifer House Memory Care for one year. During that time, she experienced severe neglect, medical mismanagement, and emotional harm. Despite our efforts to advocate for her, Conifer House repeatedly failed to provide basic care, communicate critical health updates, or uphold their responsibilities.
