Do Not put your loved one here!! My mother was a resident at Conifer House Memory Care for one year. During that time, she experienced severe neglect, medical mismanagement, and emotional harm. Despite our efforts to advocate for her, Conifer House repeatedly failed to provide basic care, communicate critical health updates, or uphold their responsibilities. From numerous activities to keep your loved ones busy to dedicated staff to make sure your family receives proper care, conifer house is the exact place I would want my parents to be if I decided on a home. Working here for 7 months conifer is the best place I’ve worked with opportunities for career growth and loving environment for residents and staff alike. Conifer isn’t just conifer house it’s a home where everyone is welcome and everyone is family.
Conifer house took care of my father in law for about 2 years and they were the kindest people. We knew what was going on and they were amazing. Thank you all so much for all that you did. You will never know how much we appreciated what you did.
