I was very hesitant to write this review, but after countless dentist visits to various dentists in the Pittsburgh area in the last year since my last appointment at this practice, here I am. Dr. Conicella ignored a ton of cavities in my mouth and told me they were just stains after barely looking and. I later found out that I had almost 10 cavities that are all extremely large and progressively getting worse (2 of those cavities I had filled at this practice within the last year.
Although I like this practice, I wouldn’t recommend it for people with families. I have a family of four that has been coming here for a few years, and just know—loyalty doesn’t seem to matter with this “family practice.” Long story short, I set an appointment reminder in my phone that was half an hour earlier than my actual appointment time—a little grace period for myself since I’m a mom, work full-time, run a business, and am soon to be a wife. I had been going to this dentist for years for annual exams and cleanings. I had no issues and thought highly of the Dentist and staff and always recommended others to become a patient there. At the time I would give 5 stars but I changed this to one star because I called and left voicemails several times and also sent an inquiry on the website and nobody ever returned my call to schedule an appointment. VERY friendly family owed business! Everyone is so sweet, and Dr. C takes his time to listen to you! I highly recommended them for all of your dental needs!!!
