Shannon Garrett was fantastic working with my son. It was difficult to find a counselor that he connected with, but Shannon was able to connect with him right away & help him learn coping skills to take into the real world.
This is rough ..... They lie to you about State Laws and turn you away for needing help. How can a counseling office make the stigma worse regarding mental health?
I have had the best experience with this place. I have tried counselors and therapists over the last 20+ years, and my group counselor at Congruent is by far the best. The office is simple yet inviting, the atmosphere is calming and comfortable, the staff make you feel a part of rather than a "client" but you still feel protected and taken care of.
