Very poor experience. I guess when you have been in business for over 20 years you stop caring about the client/job, its just another job. Needless to say, I was not impressed. After getting an estimate from the owner John and discussing the work I wanted to have done. A job description which I provided in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
