Lack of contact even though closing is delayed over a month already. Have closed over 100 properties and never had this bad an experience. In this case I am the seller so have no control over who buyer uses but I will never recommended them to anyone. The Loan Officers take care of all of their clients so well and make sure they make the refinancing/house buying experience easy and quick for them. Congressional Bank is a great place to work. I would not trust this company. They false advertise. My family member left a great paying job to work for them because they advertised that they pay AMs and LO’s a certain percentage. She started working there and that was not the case. They responded “ I’m sorry I didn’t know that was being advertised , I’ll look into it” it clearly states the % on the advertised job.
