This is hands down the worst experience I have ever been through. The underwriters here clearly don't know what they are doing, asking for documents that do not exist and continuing to push back closing because of this. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!!!!!!
I don’t know what your hiring practices are but I personally wouldn’t trust someone with several personal home foreclosures to handle my mortgage. It is also a red flag when someone has worked for thirty something mortgage companies in their career. Taking my business else where.

Never experienced such a rude loan Officer. Was over an hour late for closing.
