Fish selection is amazing and the store helpers know a lot about fish. They were very detailed and patient in explaining how to start with our first fish tank for our kid. We got our starter tank and we will be back for some fish! I would highly recommend it, even if you’re just taking your kids to see the fish.
Great service and also the staff are knowledgeable
Not worth the hour drive. Probably better for fresh water but only one small tank of coral and not a very big selection of salt water fish. Overpriced and employees sitting down not greeting or mingling with customers.
This was my first visit, and unfortunately it will also be my last. Customer service was practically nonexistent. I counted around five employees in the store, yet not a single person greeted us or asked if we needed help during the 15 minutes we spent walking around. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. I also noticed several fish that appeared to be visibly sick or infected in multiple tanks, with healthy fish housed alongside them. That was very concerning to see.
