This was my first visit, and unfortunately it will also be my last. Customer service was practically nonexistent. I counted around five employees in the store, yet not a single person greeted us or asked if we needed help during the 15 minutes we spent walking around. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. been going here since i was a kid and now this place is just so disappointing. the only good thing about this place is the variety. a lot of unhealthy fish, their fancy goldfish tank was riddled with ich. everything is so overpriced compared to other lfs. they still keep bettas in cups/mini bowls… :/ the petco across the street has healthier fish and that’s embarrassing.

I came into the store today after shopping there for over 15 plus years. There was two sales reps on the floor. A pleasant young lady who was. Busy helping another customer. I was told to ask the gentleman on the other side of the store to help me. He told me he was busy with a water change and cannot stop. He can help on ten to fifteen minutes and I should ask someone else on the floor. However, there was no other employee on the floor.
