My daughter has attended KinderCare for five years. During that time, Kayla and her staff have created a safe, welcoming environment for her. Her teachers are wonderful, caring individuals who have become like a second family to her. In fact, there are days when she doesn’t want to leave and asks me to come back later. I was quite disappointed by my recent interaction with Kayla from Kindercare Congress street. I first inquired about availability for the upcoming school year and while I received an initial automatic email response, I didn’t get a response to my questions about openings. I then called the school several days later and spoke to Kayla who said she would email back about the availability. We enrolled our daughter at Kindercare when she was 4 months old. As a new parent, I was so anxious about leaving my daughter with strangers and entrusting them with her care. But, our experience has been nothing but positive.
