We started our two sons at Congress Street KinderCare after the Ashland Center abruptly shut down. Although this center was out of the way from our home to our work, we stayed there because we had a great experience. Kayla, the director, has been very flexible with our ever changing needs and has been so easy to communicate with, always sending prompt responses. The acting assistant director, Desiree, always greets our boys (and us) every morning at drop off and was very helpful while Kayla was away. The preschool teachers, ... read more
Our kids have been going to Kindercare for 6 years, and previously there had been some difficult times. Currently, we love it and feel that the center has really stabilized and feels much more like a community than it has in any of the previous years. The director, Kayla is great at communicating and the kids absolutely love her. Ms. Marissa has been so good for our son, she is caring, kind and understanding even when he has difficult days. We will continue to stay at Kindercare until we are ready for kindergarten!

My son has been attending Congress St Kindercare since he was 5 months old and I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it has been! He started in Miss Jess’s infant class and everyday I was amazed at all the activities she would have the infants doing to help them learn. He is now in Mrs Kathy’s toddler classroom. She makes learning so much fun for all the children and it’s very obvious that she loves what she does. I was very nervous about the transition to toddler but she made it seamless and met him at his l... read more
