This is the BEST in the world! Former Yooper here.....can't believe there hasn't been a review for Congress yet and there is a review for Domino's. ???? Something's not right there! Anyway, Congress pizza continues to be the best pizza in my opinion. I compare all pizza places to them still and I haven't lived in the UP for 25 years. lol! I have learned to make my OWN Congress pizza though.....after years of trying, I finally have succeeded!
home sweet home The food is great an so are the owners love you frank miss you. an as allways your pizza's are top stuff an long with all the food. there's no place like home. i go there everytime i come to visit. sometings are worth coming home too.
Second (Pizza) TO NONE!!! I was fed this stuff throughout my life and have NEVER had a pie as good as this one. Riverside Pizza in Iron River is great but I still give Congress my Blue Ribbon! I'm a former yooper too and I would really appreciate any recipe that comes close to this (i figure there must be some type of wine in the sauce). The real recipe would be best of course, but i know how secure they keep that thing - The owners would probably gun someone down for giving it away (Haa haa) :O) Please help!

Great tradition from years ago – People that grew up on this pizza get orders to travel back to there homes with. I have even seen them on planes. I live just below the bridge, and have brought back 10 pizzas. I was just there, and brought 3 pizza's back yesterday. It is only my wife and myself. We are into eating the third one. They have orders everyday as soon as the doors open. I wish they would put in another location I know it would go...
