Customer service is fantastic
Unbelievable customer service! Not only were they able to replace the window in my husband's truck topper on the same day it was brought in . But they also gave him a ride home and picked him up when it was done. 110% service highly recommended.
They measured a window for us, said it would take 2 weeks and when it came in, it was measured wrong and we had to wait another 2 weeks for the window. So, we were without a window for 4 weeks in winter weather, causing our heating bill to go up. There was no reduction in the cost for their mistake. They said that they were already losing money because they had to order 2 windows for us and at least we weren't charged for 2 windows even though it was their mistake.
