During the pandemic I was lucky enough to get asked to help with a job. It was nothing to them, but everything to me as $1000 was going to keep my one man business afloat for another month. To this day they haven't paid me, I've sent my invoice to every single person on their website and the job super and they haven't even had the professional courtesy of any type of response. They do not pay their subs and do not respond to phone
Owner of this company thinks nothing of shutting down one of his buildings, without proper notice to residents or staff. There are 160 of us right now that are STILL waiting for the money owed to us from the hours we worked IN FEBRUARY, that apparently the wonderful Mr Nicholson doesn't think that he owes us. I would give a ZERO star rating but it won't let me. The company is only out for it's own pocketbook and not the welfare of it's employees. PAY US WHAT WE ARE OWED!!
Small but growing company. They are reliable and trying to grow with the big guys. Great team attitude and client following.
