Brought my recently purchased car in to them for inspection for them to tell me I need control arm bushings, and a wheel alignment, which is understandable. When I got my car back, the side skirt/rocker panel of my car was damaged and you can clearly see it standing out of the vehicle. It seems that they failed to use the proper lift points on my car. I was referred to Congress auto by a trusted friend. My car has been serviced on two occasions. First was a tow and second I drove in. Both times I received great service. Abbas and Muhammed were professional, friendly and clearly explained repair issues. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, with very reasonable pricing.
