Dad had a bug in his eggs today. The food is inedible and not fit for seniors. Food is hard, dried up, & not fresh. Recently changed to a food service where the food comes prepared and when reheated in kitchen is not good. Good food is health care. Good food is essential to healthy living.

Firstly, our neighbor, Bill, expressed his care here with misty eyes, and they treat him like family. He is getting therapy, getting stronger, the staff are amazing in care, cleanliness, and attention. We don’t wait more than 10 minutes for an ‘urgent’ call button. Food is good- he enjoys it. They have birds, fish, outdoor seating for clients and family. The staff are professional, caring and call him by name . Overall a 5!! Thank you CH! Give the staff a raise-$50/ hr and bonus for the extra mile! My husband is a nurse and ... read more

Many conversations were had with staff and management where excuse after excuse was given but no action taken. If you love your family don't send them here. All they care about is getting their money out of medicaire and kicking people o... read more
