Well... Long story short, we just found our go to electrician!!! We had an electrical issue on a SUNDAY and they came out within an hour... He actually tried to help my wife on the phone and walk us through the problem, but we missed his suggestion that would have worked! So, they came out and checked the boxes and everything checked out... Problem solved as a "hidden GFI" outlet that had been tripped. They came and looked at the generator, had to get a part. Now will not answer phone calls. Several days now and no answer. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
