I’ve had a fantastic experience with Congleton Garden Machinery. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s servicing my mower or advising on new equipment, their expertise really shows. The quality of the machinery they stock is excellent. It’s great to have a local business you can really trust. Highly recommended for anyone in need of garden tools or machinery!

Sales can be great, I have dealt with CGM for 10 years. To simplify my experiences, sales have been great, these are managed by Andrew the owner. Aftersales is atrocious and borders on 'scamming' customers. This has happened to me twice, the first time I felt incredibly ripped off but the second time I now know it's ingrained within this awful business, leaving me no choice but to write this review. Purchased a Solis 26 form Congleton Garden Machinery last month. Andy, Helen and the rest of the team were very helpful highly recommend to anyone after new kit.
Very dissatisfied with service department… took a 7 month old Polaris RZR in with dead battery and squeaking back axle.. expecting it to be covered by warranty only to find out AFTER they had done the work that battery is only 6 months warranty!!! They then charge me for 2.5 hrs labour and a battery..! On a 6k machine that’s had little use and only 7 months old…. And when trying to complain it was shrugged off with no care..!! Won’t be going back and won’t be recommending
