They have been giving people their deposit back and selling the homes for more money. This is legal per a contract, but who would want to do business with an unethical company like Mungo.
They have a drainage issue which they haven’t addressed. They tell you lies about it being your fence, removing straw, etc. I have had issues with drainage BEFORE any fencing or work done on my home. I would not recommend mungo to anyone I know. Any rain puddles for days and all I am told is it is gone within usual timeframe . Our entire community is fighting them to fix the issue.
