I’m not sure of the ladies name. I think it was Kim. Literally, my wife and I were running around on Tuesday and we went to salon after salon. Everybody was like so mad crazy busy could not fit me or my wife and this lady was unbelievable. she was just as busy as the other competing salons and I will say the results were so phenomenal. My wife just told her friends.!!! The studio was well kept. I found the bathroom, extremely clean and taking care of. I did notice.
