(I'm a concussed person that just got into head on collision) Terrible experience at this place, this man (owner) is rude and disrespectful and laughed when I told him I got involved in a head on collision. And kept a narcissist smile the entire time. Definitely never recommend to anyone. Got connected with this company for roadside assistance through my insurance. Got an estimate of about 45 mins to 1 hour for the tow truck to show up at the location but they showed up almost 3 hours later. The person on the phone kept saying 15 to 20 minutes as ETA throughout the entire time. I understand unexpected delays happen but to keep customers waiting for hours with repeated wrong estimates is unprofessional. ​I brought my car to Congress Collision after a front-end accident, and they did an amazing job with my F-Sport conversion upgrade. The fitment and paint match are absolutely perfect you’d never know it was in a wreck. ​Nick D and Will were a huge help throughout the whole process.
