My 1994 mazda mpv did not start .Triple A was contacted and sent Congers towing. Tow truck showed up and Gerry the driver was extremely helpful and went beyond of what other drivers would do. I ended up towing to Congers automotive. They diagnose it and it needed a starter. I was impressed with Gio who helped me out. The price he quoted was very fair and the work was done quickly as soon as they recieved the part.

Had to have my car towed there because the clutch burned out while someone else was driving it. Dealt with them exclusively over the phone except for when I picked up the car. Professional and appropriate pricing. Edit: The clutch didn't feel quite right so I took it to my regular mechanic who informed me that all the parts were assembled correctly but "they forgot to tighten the bolts" lowered my review to 3 stars from 5

My truck had broke down 2 hours away from home and the state troopers had this towing company grab the truck and bring it to this shop. Tow truck driver was very cool and helpful but when it came to dealing with the shop it was hard to communicate with them. After finally getting in touch with them in the later afternoon Monday they told me my truck needed a whole new transmission and after that day I will be charged a “storage fee” if I didn’t get the work done.
