I am recently new patient at Dr. Congalton’s dental practice in Vergennes and I am amazed at their care and kindness to the patients and it means a lot to me as I am a Veteran. The receptionist here is literally so rude. For no reason. They have no comprehension for things coming up resulting in you not being able to make your dentist appointment and then the closest availability they have is 9 months to a year later. The town is literally a mile by a mile. Chill out 🩷
I can’t discourage you going here enough. I’ve got to this dentists office my entire life with no problems until now. 2 years ago I had to reschedule an appointment because I was pregnant and dealing with complications, I called the office 3 times during hours and nobody answered so I left messages, nobody got back to me. I went in for my appointment a month later that had been prescheduled and I was told they canceled all of my appointments because I “no-showed” and was asked to call back in 8 months to schedule an appointm... read more
