Most of these reviews reveal a clear lack of understanding of authentic Chinese cuisine. The duck I ordered was dry and flavorless, served without any sauce, an inexcusable oversight. Every dish fell short of even the most basic standards.
Confucius Chinese Cuisine has a 4.5 star rating with 302 reviews.
