Have been a customer for many years with Comfort Experts. Phoned today March 27,2025 to cancel Oil Protection Plan due to installing electric furnace. The oil protection plan is valid from Sept 01,2024 to August 27,2015 Plan :171 . When I cancelled I was informed there was no credit for the remaining 6 months left that I paid $380.59 for full year including HST. This is not right as I've reviewed my plan and I certainly don't see anything there on cancellation where no credit issued for time remaining if plan was cancelled. ... read more
