I would give them a ZERO if it were available. I ordered a board for a friend for a birthday present in May because they were on sale. I gave the board to my friend in Oct and the board was broken in pieces on the tip. I filed a report with Confluence in Oct and have not heard a word from them. I have since called and left a message. NO REPLY!!! I called and am on "nothing" right now (no answer, no music, don't even know if they hung up or what). They only take calls for 4 hours a day, M-F, and I guess they don't even do tha... read more

I ordered an SUP, paddleboard, from what I thought was Boardworks. I have gotten 2 boards from Boardworks previously. Evidently they were bought out by Confluence Outdoor and customer service has become NON EXISTENT!!! I was able to chat with a rep online who was absolutely no help. I had a technical question about a week before I bought the board and it took the full week to get a reply. I had a question about shipping. That's when the chat was totally unable to help me. purchased 3 wilderness systems pungo 120 kayaks and two harmony cockpit covers from LL Bean. That was all they had in stock. didnt see it in the website so i ordered one from Dicks sporting goods a 60/23 harmony cover. missing the plastic or tubber piece to keep the ties from ripping the cover. called and spent 1.5 hours on hold. Enjoy the kayaks for our outdoor recreation business https://www.doorcountykayaktours.com https://www.neworleanskayakswamptours.com but most of our orders over the past years have either been shipped to the wrong location, missing parts and or shipped late. We now expect a problem with every order we purchase. Plenty of room for another boat dealer to step up and take some market share from these guys.
