My family and I have been so lucky to be patients at the Oroville and Tonasket clinics. Dr. Boyko, Dr. Berg, and Dr. Weston are all wonderful, caring physicians. They are always professional and tentative to my concerns for my health and my childrens’. The staff have also been courteous and helpful in person and on the phone. We are originally from the city so we are used to doctor offices that are packed and overworked doctors. I made my daughter an appointment for 8:40am a month ago. Today she showed up at 8:20 and was told she had missed her 8am appointment. We would never have scheduled for 8am since that’s when she drops her siblings at school.
Wonderful staff and doctor. And the nice lady who drew my daughter's blood. She did a fantastic job. Thank you all. Very friendly and kind.
Get it straight. I was left in pain and suffering waiting 20 days on an appointment my insurance wasn't covered for..... Thanks for nothing.... The good news is I filled out paperwork before I found out they could do nothing for me.
