I will tell you that I feel like I got the best of care. I was dx with cancer a few years ago. They were amazing at getting the care that I needed really quickly. Dr Garrison his MA Audrey, the infusion nurses and nurse navigator Kim treated with us with respect answering all our questions during one of the most terrifying times of my life. The surgeon was amazing as well. They saved my life and I will always be grateful. Kudos to the clinic!!
i have had several different doctors even bladder cancer surgery all have very professional and staff also professional has always been patient and polite even during most embarrassing times when follow up procedures
My wife and I retired to Wenatchee almost four years ago and have had some of the best health care experiences we’ve ever had from our family physician to some specialist we’ve seen. We had good healthcare in the Seattle - Everett area but the healthcare here has matched that easy. I see a lot of people whining about confluence but they’re probably more the problem than Confluence. Dealing with Confluence to get help couldn’t be easier.
I’ve now had 3 terrible experiences with this place ranging from angry out of control incompetent ER doctors to my medical documents being forgotten about because a doctor left the practice and didn’t inform anyone of my current issues that I needed testing for, not being told information about jumping through hoops to get my testing results and having to sign a consent form to get my own testing records that I had done a week prior.
