I'm a new patient and love that Confluence uses MyChart; however, since I live an hour away from the campus and often am running behind for appointments due to extenuating circumstances, I like to give a courtesy call to advise of the issue. Not having a direct line to my doctor or even the nurses is EXTREMELY irritating.
