I'm a new patient and love that Confluence uses MyChart; however, since I live an hour away from the campus and often am running behind for appointments due to extenuating circumstances, I like to give a courtesy call to advise of the issue. Not having a direct line to my doctor or even the nurses is EXTREMELY irritating. Get ready for surprise bills! We had one visit and will never return again. They will directly misrepresent which insurances they accept and then attempt to stick you with a huge bill. They directly confirmed our coverage to our faces when we are checking in only to learn weeks later that they were wrong. Rather than accept responsibility for their error, they will try to pass the costs on to you. 100% do not trust them even if they claim they accept your insurance.
