Called here by mistake from a completely different state. Regardless, Adam took the time to hear what was going on with my electric and even advised what to say when I called an electrician local to me. He was spot on with figuring out the issue, even just from hearing it over the phone, and probably saved my house from an electrical fire. Very knowledgeable and amazing customer service!

I can't say enough good things about working with Adam and Confluence Electric. I had a ceiling light fixture that I thought had to be replaced. Instead, on the phone Adam talked me through a possible fix. It worked. He lost a job but gained a very satisfied and loyal customer.
