Update: In the days following my negative experience the employees I communicated with were very polite and helpful. Although they did not change anything about the lease terms, I do believe them when they told me it was beyond their abilities to correct and I no longer feel like I am being deceived. BEWARE: THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL! A colleague of mine and her family had the worst experience with this place not accepting responsibility for their actions. After losing many of their possessions due to water damage caused by the company’s own negligence, not only are they not showing any remorse by compensating my colleague and her family, they’re also still charging them for expenses they shouldn’t be required to pay. I would beware of ever doing any business with these people!
