I've been to a lot of different doctors offices before being referred to Confidia. I can honestly say that the entire staff is absolutely amazing! They are very polite and thorough which is what we all need and look for when trusting someone with our health! I highly recommend them.
They rely on texting service for appointments, but don't keep up with their own system. I text with someone to make an appointment about some blood pressure issues. Was given an appointment, when I show up for the appointment, they don't have an appointment set up for me a week later. I show them the text service and they just sit there with a dumb look on their face saying I don't know who you were texting with. Dr. Greene may be the koolest dude to talk to. His appointment scheduling system not so much. After blood work order, was postponed 4 times to review the results. Then theywanted to postpone again because I arrived 10 mins late due to traffic. Scheduler NEVER told me I had to arrive 15 minutes earlier!!! Waited 2 mo's after blood work. Not kool Doc. Ill find a different place. Thanks.
I came here establishing as a new patient. I have never been so impressed with a healthcare facility. They are extremely thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
