I was in the store today (April 14) and had an excellent experience. The young woman who fit my bras and breast form was very friendly and helpful. Their computers were down but they bent over backwards to accommodate me. I didn't have a script for the breast form, and they took care of that for me. They will send me my merchandise as soon as all the paperwork clears. It was all good.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I have had nothing but problems when dealing with the staff, and now the owner, of this store. They overcharge prior to billing items to insurance and then refuse to refund the difference. I've had to get my insurance company involved for two years in a row now to get them to do the right thing, and this year they still refuse to do so. The in-store service is deplorable, the staff seems to be either under trained or completely untrained. It takes them months (literally) to ... read more
