Very Customer Service oriented. Aaron was our technician and he was awesome!!
They were prompt, polite, and patient.
Locally owned. On time and notified me when in route . Very thorough and explained parameters checked and was forthcoming on proper maintenance and filter requirements.
We've been with Aaron & Confident Comfort for the past five years. Recently, in the middle of the heatwave - 100° in Flagstaff is really unbearable - especially when your AC goes out. Even though they were crazy busy, they called me back quickly and said that somehow they'd get there that night. That's how they work. And when they come they're friendly, explain things, and don't try to sell you the ranch. Obviously we're big fans and highy recommend them.
Came out same day very prompt and friendly explained what the problem was and what my options were
