We've been with Aaron & Confident Comfort for the past five years. Recently, in the middle of the heatwave - 100° in Flagstaff is really unbearable - especially when your AC goes out. Even though they were crazy busy, they called me back quickly and said that somehow they'd get there that night. That's how they work. And when they come they're friendly, explain things, and don't try to sell you the ranch. Obviously we're big fans and highy recommend them.

On August 7th, 2025 'Confident Comfort Heating & Cooling' installed a BOSCH Heat Pump/AC unit in Munds Park, AZ. Jon, Stephen, Christian & Corey did a great job installing my unit. Works in conjunction with my existing gas furnace. Now I can use either Heat Pump heat (electric) or Gas Furnace heat (propane) but most importantly I now have central AC as well. They were very detailed and professional and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your HVAC needs.
