I chose to coach with Shiemicka because she had been where I wanted to go and she has amazing track record of winners. Working with Shiemicka at Confidence Reigns was such a transformational experience for me! She coached me to Top 21 at Miss NJ USA although I had never competed in a pageant before. Her approach to coaching was fun, reflective and a holistic process. She is AMAZING at what she does because she coaches from a place of authenticity and real experience.
