I’ve been training here for the past two months, and I’m very happy with my experience. The trainers genuinely care about your progress and create a welcoming atmosphere. Every workout challenges me, and I’ve already seen real improvements. I highly recommend Confidence Personal Training!
I’ve been going to CPT for a little over a month and I could not be happier. At first I was intimidated by the idea of small group personal training, but the setup of the sessions allows room for people of all fitness levels. The staff is all incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The other gym members are also very supportive. As soon as you walk in you can just feel that it’s a good vibe. Confidence Personal Training has been a wonderful experience for me. I had a bad ankle break last July 2nd and needed to gain some strength back due to the injury. I gave the gym a try with a trial and joined right after the trial ended. The staff is very knowledgeable and always there to adjust my technique during my training. I recommend this place 100%. Age 60
What a great place to work out. The classes are small and I always get a great work out. The coaches are all amazing and everyone is so welcoming!!
