Used these guys a couple of times and felt very shady and over charging. I recently called them to check my stuck motor for my commercial door and they charged me $480 for a service call and said I needed a new motor for $2500. I called another guy and he repaired it for $120. He said the motor is top of the line and in great condition. Multiple times Confidence came and overcharged and took advantage of an emergency situation. Be aware.
Yesterday, Ken and Joe replaced the garage door for me. Their suggestions and meticulous work on both the evaluation and installation days were exceptional. Despite the extremely hot weather around 3 pm, they remained dedicated to their task. After work, they efficiently disposed of the old parts and garbage, leaving me with a clean and organized garage where I can immediately park my vehicles. The new garage door enhances the aesthetics of my home, and I highly recommend this company for their exceptional services.
This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. From going through with trying to complete the project to service afterwards I have had the worst experience dealing with Joe. He refuses to accept for any responsibility and refused to help with any issues that came up. My gate hasn’t been operational for even one year and it closes 3 feet apart.
